EV conversion 1951 willys overland 2WD wagon

Vehicle Description
First buyer flaked so listing again
1951 Willys 2WD Overland Wagon EV Conversion
On Chevy S10 chassis
Solid, Amazing Patina
Clean title, registered and insured, daily driver
Full EV conversion but can be easily converted back to gasoline engine
On a 2002 Chevy S10 chassis with S10 5spd transmission and BellTech dropped spindles and springs
So fully serviceable with disc up front and drums in rear
Does 65 mph without issue, I use it a daily commuter, plug it in at work.
It's the original S10 5spd manual trans with the clutch replaced when the conversion was done.
I leave it in 2nd gear and treat it like a automatic, you can shift through the gears as well.
Runs and drives great, used as a commuter car, drive to work and plug into a 110v outlet and then drive home and do the same
1st Gen Leaf batteries so it has around a 50 mile range depending on how you drive and terrain (all up hill for example)
Has regenerative braking
Motor is a HPEV AC51
CanEV adapter to S10 5 speed transmission
Battery is made up of 54 first gen Nissan Leaf modules for 150 total volts
Electric power steering
Thunderstruck BMS (Battery Management System)
Zivan charger 110v 20amp (best when using a dedicate 20amp outlet)
RV charging port, to use a heavy duty RV charging cable
It retains the S10 clutch and will easily do highway speeds
The Willys body is very solid with great patina, roof gutters have no rust, some small bubbles on the door bottoms
Removable original vintage CarPac roof rack, just needs a surf board
New windshield and new factory green tinted glass all the way around
New glass weather stripping all the way around
New interior door panels, rear panels and headliner
A lot of tread left on tires, and new tires on the rear
12 volt heater
Electric wipers, horn, turn signals and lights all work as they should
Email me for more pictures (ebay limited it to 30) and more videos
You can easily change the charging system to accept a high voltage and add more batteries to extend the range.
Have all the manuals for the EV components and guides for programing the BMS and gauges
Please do not email me about how to do the conversion, or what it would cost you to covert your own car (I can tell you now it will cost a lot more than what I'm selling this for).
