Vehicle Description

Celebrating our 65 year anniversary! This family owned and operated business was established in 1960, making us the oldest classic car dealership in America. Special thank you to all our customers for entrusting us to park the car of your dreams in your driveway while preserving automotive history for future generations to embrace and enjoy. -Grams family & Volo Museum staff Full custom build! The Outlaw body and an Outlaw frame make this Willy's replica far superior to the original. A stout 434 Dart engine and performance suspension transform it to street beast status. Add in creature comforts like a custom Ultraleather interior, power windows, and air conditioning, then you really got something special. This is the hot rod dreams are made of! EXTERIOR: The Outlaw Performance fiberglass body has a very nice quality fit and finish. Looking down its side, it is straight as an arrow with voluptuous and smooth contours. All the panels are aligned square and flush with consistent gaps that are right on the money. The doors open easily thanks to electric popper buttons integrated into the handles. They also close easily with minimal effort. The Candy Tangerine paint is stunning! It was applied with expert attention to detail then polished like glass to a smooth and shiny finish. All the glass is new and smoked with new rubber seals too. The split rear window is so attractive. The teardrop LED taillights and recessed license plate are really nice touches. The power trunk with shaved handle looks sleek. It's equipped with dual sport mirrors. The original style teardrop headlight bezels and chrome grille are all looking sharp. It's rolling on a set of 15" polished Budnik wheels wrapped in Mickey Thompson performance radials. The rear tire width is ginormous with a narrowed rear end. INTERIOR: Custom and comfortable! The door jambs are painted slick and have stainless hardware. The weatherstrips are nice and soft. The metal around the panels, dash, and steering column were all neatly painted beige/tan to match the upholstery. The bucket seats, center console, door panels, and headliner are all clad in supple Ultraleather providing a very rich and custom look. The door panels with sculpted armrests also have power windows controls and billet door handles. An array of Autometer Sport Comp gauges monitor all the engine vitals. Custom oval billet air vents, window defroster, and electronic climate control were neatly incorporated in the dash. The square weave carpet looks fresh and has matching floor mats. Behind the seats is also completely finished with matching materials. It is equipped with a tilt column, and a nice billet wheel. The billet B&M ratchet style shifter not only looks gorgeous but is also very practical as well. The pedals are also matching aluminum. All the wiring was new when it was built, and it has a modern style fuse block. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Desirable engine and components! The built 434 Dart Little M block has Dart aluminum heads, Dart rotating assembly, high rise Team G intake, and a giant 950 Holley carburetor, producing an abundance of horsepower and thrills. Nice long tube headers flank the sides, and it is also equipped with air conditioning. A serpentine belt drive system really cleans up the bay, making it nice and tidy. An aluminum radiator is neatly concealed and has dual electric fans. The underside of the hood and firewall are both painted slick just like the body. Hang on tight, it could be a wild ride! TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Power trunk release under the dash. Struts easily help lift and hold the lid in place. The underside of the lid is painted slick just like the body. Inside is completely boxed and upholstered very nicely with Ultraleather that matches the interior. A panel lifts out of the center revealing a compartment that houses the Optima red top gel battery and a master disconnect switch as well. The gas filler is also located in the trunk and is concealed by a custom cover. There is still room for a few duffle bags in the trunk if needed, or some folding chairs for the car shows. UNDERSIDE: The underbody is smooth fiberglass painted the color of the car. Gray Powder coated Outlaw Performance frame and rear end. It has a Mustang II independent front suspension with tubular control arms, coilover adjustable gas shocks, plus rack & pinion steering. The 4 link rear suspension also has a panhard bar, tubular control arms and coilover adjustable gas shocks. All new brake system at the time of build; up front has drilled and slotted discs with polished calipers and stainless braided hoses. The custom exhaust with Raptor mufflers sounds really tough. Looking up at the engine it has an extra capacity Melodon anodized oil pan and a high torque starter. The TCI Turbo 350 automatic transmission with a B&M converter and a chrome pan are spotless. A narrowed and beefy ford 9 inch rear with 3.90 posi gears puts the power to the pavement. SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you the best cars within reason. Someone put a lot of time, effort, skills, and money into this exciting custom build! Get in it, feel the upholstery, hear the exhaust, and experience the power! It's all been done with high end components, to high standards of quality! This hot rod will not disappoint even to the fussiest of critics! For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide is my professional opinion based on my experience with these vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always available to answer any questions you may have.
