Former Forrest service rig 1953 Willys 4x4

1953 Willys Pickup Truck with clean Oregon title, listing for my uncle who was told this is a former Douglas County Oregon forrestry truck. As you can see in the pictures the truck is overall pretty solid but has some rust and dings. Condition of motor is unknown but my uncle was told it was running “a few years ago” before his neighbor passed away.
Update: I was able to get it to turn over but couldn’t get any spark and likely won’t have time to chase that issue (coil, points, plugs?), we did tow it and pop the clutch and I think it was running it briefly that way but I would consider the rig in non running condition
