Volvo 240 sedan in rare blue, collectible car growing in value, very reliable

Selling my much loved Volvo 240 dl as I have bought a new car. I've enjoyed owning this car so much and it has never let me down driving around New York or on longer trips out into Long Island and upstate. The longest I've done is 5hrs continuous driving, it never missed a beat.
It get's admiring glances everywhere it goes. If you want an appreciating classic, going up in value, that's affordable, safe, good fun and VERY reliable, this could be for you.

Car is located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NYC. Very rare car around here!
Good points:> Drives well> Engine solid, runs very well> Gearbox solid, kick down fine> Breaks are strong> All electrics work (other than heated seats and stereo)> All interior lights work> All exterior lights work> Power steering smooth> Title in hand
Bad points:> A couple of rust patches. Only bad one is on rear arch (in photo)> One of the rear brake caliper pins needs replacing (5 minute job for mechanic)> Exhaust vibrates slightly (annoying rather than a problem)> Trim above rear bumper, trim on near side door, trim above left headlight needs replacing (all readily availabile and not expensive)> Interior: Centre console cracked, left door storage bin needs replacement, stereo needs rewiring> Odometer stopped working at some point:128,000 is the indicated mileagebut it's done a few more thousand than that> Battery is flat as I've not been using it. It jump starts immediatelyand just need a charge or a new battery> In some pictures it looks like the roof bars are sagging, they are not it was just some foam attached to protect furniture etc. when transporting.
Overall it needs to be a little TLC to be in top notch condition but in my opinion it is fine as is.
