This is Casper, one of those highly sought after old DL wagons with a straight, never-been-wrecked, lived-in-the-desert-my-whole-life bodies. And it's an honest-to-gosh FACTORY turbo. That's the good news. Sadly, poor hipster-mobile Casper doesn't run. The engine is not seized. The problem is likely fuel system-related.
