Vehicle Description

This is a great driver Westy! I have owned it for about 4 years. It is a manual 4 speed. It starts, shifts, runs, idles, and stops. The lights work. The wipers work. The key buzzer works. The horn does not work. Aftermarket radio only sometimes works. It think I have the radio manual.
Westy is complete with rear screen and all curtains, propane range, fridge, storage, tables, sink, spare tire on tray below and extra captain's chair which is not bolted down as well as a rack for the top for boards or boats or something. Custom rubber matts adorn the floor areas. Battery is good. The top pops up and there is room for two to sleep above; the canvas top requires a patch or mend in the rear. I have the key to doors, ignition and fuel cap.
The interior could be detailed. The dash is cracked from sun damage.
The R-12 AC needs to be recharged or converted to R134. The fan blows.
The tires need replacing but hold air.
The wiper blades need replacing.
It was repainted at some point.
The engine belts look good.
The engine hoses look good.
The engine was rebuilt in 2013, according to receipts.
The top has a turn dial opening and closing skylight for fresh air.
There are no funky smells inside.
The gas shocks on tailgate work fine.
The sliding door open closes and latches fine.
Comes with ALOT of past service records.
Clean title. A Nonrefundable $1000 deposit due directly to me,immediately after buyer agrees to buy; I will be happy to furnish an image of the title and my ID beforehand.
