My Grandmother purchased this car New in Jan/1980 from Middleton Volkswagen in Middleton RI, for $7,304 only driven on special occasions and a few grocery store trips always garage kept
She passed the car on my daughter, who is not good with a stick shift manual so now we are selling it to save Grandma‘s house from back taxes
Car was transported from ( Middleton, Rhode Island to Tacoma, Washington in the late 80s where it’s sat in the garage for the remainder of its life till now that being said, let me introduce you to Cinderella

The Bug is in Great shapejust like New this car truly is a time capsule
This is The original color ( Whisper Blue ) No accidents/fender benders
Runs and Drives like New as you can see in the test drive video it is a very solid and dependable I would drive this anywhere with no worries or hesitation
VW’s 4-Cylinder Fuel injected engine with 4-Speed Manual stick shift transmission
Total miles on the odometer Car and engine is only 6,409 Mechanically sound does not need anything according to the Volkswagen mechanic shop ( Mouse meat ) in Tacoma Wa, I also have a statement from mouse meat saying miles are accurate and original
Interior is close to flawless due to the driver’s seat is starting to sag a bit. Cigarette lighter and ashtray were never used
Convertible Top is in perfect condition The headliner is also very tight No sagging.
The convertible top boot was misplaced years ago,
There is absolutely No funky smells stains / odors
Still has the original spare tire
AM-FM radio with cassette player works great
Heater/blower also works great
Everything on this car works as it should
Body is solid and so is the floorpans/Undercarriage
