Vehicle Description

This wild custom started life as a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle and now rides as a chopped, channeled, V8-powered hot rod pickup. It blends a Beetle body with a ’49 Chevy cab, custom built bed, all mounted to a hand-fabricated steel frame with an integrated roll cage.

Up front is a 5.3L V8 with a COMP Cams camshaft and Holley Terminator X EFI, paired to a TH350 with manual valve body (you have to manually go through the gears). Engine and transmission were gone through at the time of the build. Starts right up and runs great. Zero leaks.

Suspension includes a Super Bell drop axle with hairpin radius rods up front and a four-link rear with air bags allowing it to raise/lower around 6 inches. Wilwood front discs and rear drums handle braking.

Interior has bomber-style seats with racing harnesses, engine-turned trim, Dynamat insulation, power windows, USB ports, and a B&M pistol-grip shifter. A quick-release JOES steering wheel, Auto Meter tachometer, as well as a temperature gauge, voltmeter, fuel gauge, and oil pressure gauge. Everything can also be monitored on the Holley display.

It has been driven just 4,300 miles since being completed and is fully sorted. It is turn key ready to drive and enjoy. Miles will go up some as I am still driving it.

Voted a Mobil 1 Fan Favorite at the 2021 Hot Wheels Legends Tour, this head-turning build is titled as a 1969 Volkswagen and comes with a clean Georgia title.

It is truly a rolling work of art. It is not a car that was thrown together but was a well thought out build. Huge attention getter wherever it goes. To have a shop duplicate this, you would easily spend six figures. The last few pictures show some pictures from while it was being built.

I tried to list everything I know, but I’m sure I missed some things. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. I am proud to have 100% positive feedback. I have been on eBay since 2007. Buy with confidence! Happy to FaceTime with anyone that is interested.

I can help with arranging transport if you aren’t local. I have both bought and sold cars and had them shipped, so I am familiar with the process.

It is being sold as is where is. You are welcome to set up to see it yourself or to have a third party inspect it at my residence.

Non-refundable deposit must be received within 24 hours. Remaining balance must be paid within 7 days bycash in person or bank wire transfer only. The car will not leave my possession until all funds have cleared.

eBay is not letting me take off their "Caramel" payment. I will NOT accept that.
