I know!) water-cooled Westfalia with a Subaru engine conversion is just what you need! It's time to let someone else experience the joys of a VW Vanagon. Only 3 owners, and I have owned since 2013. Details:
Rebuild done in 2017 with 20k miles on the rebuilt engine and only 105,261 miles overall on this 42 year old piece of history and culture. Work done in 2017: Subaru engine conversion with 2001 2.5L H4. Rocky Mount Westy Conversion Kit. Rebuilt wiring harness. Headgaskets by The Subie Guy. Rear springs with 1.5” lift. Radiator with 1.5” coolant tubes, hoses, and water tank. Fuel tank, overflow tank, fuel pump, fuel lines and seals. 2-tone VW white/black paint in 2014 with rust work as well. 2-tone VW white/black paint in 2014 with rust work as well. Brand new windshield and battery.
Interior:
All original upholstery. Original windshield and side window curtains, needs new elastic if you ask me though. Full camping package, stove, fridge, and sink. I have not used in a while, but should all be in working order as far as I know. Sleeps 2 up top and 2 on the pull out bench seat. Lots of storage space. Swivel captain’s chairs. Detachable face stereo with CD player and AUX jack. Rear camping bug screen. There is no A/C.
Exterior:
Brand new front windshield. 2-tone VW white/black paint in 2014 with rust work as well. Some dents and paint chips after 11 years, but in overall good condition. Full awning and side room from Bus Depot with huge camp mat that is the size of the entire side room. This is awesome extra space and fantastic in bad weather.

Note: She’s a little sticky getting into 4th gear sometimes. I do not know the reason.
