1990 Westfalia

Vehicle Description
Westy in great mechanical shape with that charm you're looking for! This is your chance to own a piece of history! This van was purchased by my wife's grandparents and has been in the family since. We love this van, but our family has out grown the number of seats. We are feeling guilty holding onto it when we know it can be enjoyed and loved by a new owner. As Westy's go, this is top notch. I will put everything not functioning below, and everything else I consider in good/great condition. I am clearly a great sales person by listing everything wrong with it first, but I would rather the next owner know everything.power windows became non operational 6 months agoradio started going in and out about 1 year agothe fridge has been out since we have had it.the sliding door has cosmetic damage, nothing wrong mechanicallythe roof rack has a crack over the driver side. Only cosmeticOdometer stopped tracking miles 1 year ago. Stuck at 160,244 and probably has another 2,000Everything else is great. I will be honest, this is hard to sell, but it comes down to letting someone else have their dreams come true. Mechanically we have kept everything tip top. We replaced the plastic coolant pipes with metal. We have installed new brakes, clutch, and seal. There are no leaks and I recently ran this van on its final voyage with me from Seattle to the Gorge for a show and functioned flawlessly.I am happy to answer any and all questions. As with all Westy owners, we have maintained the family name for the van as Charlie roadrunner. I am saying goodbye to Charlie and hopefully you get to say hello to your dream come true!
