I don't know why ebay put's the title as Vangon, but I can't change it.
Very solid bus, which was bought out of Los Angeles in 2015, this bus was used to travel between Chicago and Jacksonville, FL many times, and has been to Colorado, Austin, Chattanooga, Nashville, and Louisville, where it is currently garaged.Vanagon front seats that are upholstered in the Westfalia fabric to match the rear seat. Koni adjustable shocks all around. Hoffman performace heads, new fuel sender, and a plethora of uninstalled maintenace items such as new brake rotors, pads, filters, etc.Completely original and complete CA emissions Westy.There are a lot of nice mods, including the best Koni adjustables, new clutch, Hoffman heads with temp sensor, Vanagon seats in matching upholstery, new center pin and heater cables, and I'm sure there is more, but I'm forgetting them right now. I traveled all over the US in this bus for the past 7 years, and I hate to let it go, but I just don't think I am going to use it much anymore. I bought this bus out of LA 7 years ago, and then it lived on the streets of Chicago, and then Louisville, KY, where it is currently located. I would drive this bus anywhere, and have, it has been all over the country, from LA, to Chicago, Austin, Jacksonville, and everywhere in between. The floor used to be pristine, until I installed a rubber floor, and as you can see, the rubber floor wasn't the best desicion, as it caused some surface rust, but that's all it is, surface rust, as shown in the picture. This is an extremely solid bus, but if I kept it, I would strip it all down and restore it to showroom, but I just don't have the time.The bus has been at some point repainted in the past, with the original Mexico Beige paint code. I don't know wjy it was repainted, as it is very solid, I think they just wanted to freshen it up. There is some surface rust that has formed around the windsheild, but it is not major.
