1959 Volkswagen Beetle Classic engine runs, great project

Vehicle Description

1959, does not come with a title, I was given a title when I got the car but the vin doesn't match, so you will need to apply for a replacement.
Engine does run quite nicely but throttle cable is disconnected due to being frozen
New 6 volt battery
Car rolls very nicely and clutch pedal still feel strong, brakes do not have pressure, and gas pedal is frozen
Pan has rust behind drivers seat
Ignition works as should
Great project for someone
