Vehicle Description

Stretched 4 feet in late 1980s, the Beetle Limo was used occasionally for weddings in our limousine service (Starr Limousine). While it was in use, our Beetle Limo accumulated only about 1500 miles. Also presented in several auto shows during that period. This Beetle has approximately 300 lbs of additional tubular structural steel support. An upholstered roll bar between the front and rear compartments gives the body even more structural support. The body is straight. No flexing. Always garaged. The Beetle Limo was pulled out of service when I retired in 2010.

Wherever she drives in town, you will see lots of wide grins and upraised thumbs.
Could use front struts. Sometimes bounces when driving over really bumpy roads. Needs new speaker grill underneath rear jump seat. TV has power but would need a digital converter box to get local stations.
