1968 VW EMPI IMP Dune buggy with a 1974 dual port 1600 engine. Street legal and titled. 4 seater with seat belts. Less than 500 miles on fresh engine rebuild and new clutch. Undercarriage is very solid, no rust or rot issues. It Has gone through a light restoration about a year ago, new electrical harness, gauges, brakes, master cylinder, tie rods, shocks, fuel tank and pump, wheels, roll bar, seats, stereo and more. Painted plum crazy purple with heavy metal flake like a 70s paint job. Paint is an amateur job. looks good, but it does have a couple flaws, but looks great out in the sun. Turns heads everywhere. Great weekend beach cruiser. I have owned this buggy for the last 13 years and have had a lot of fun with the family in it But hardly use it anymore. it's time to let it go to a good home.
