1973 Volswagen Thing custom engine

1973 VW THING. Has around 60k original miles on body. Engine is a pumped 2180CC that mechanic says is at half-life. High compression, big cam, dual 48 carbs, custom header. Runs strong at 150hp on the dyno. Has a miss or pop once in a while, mechanic says carbs need adjustment/sync from sitting long periods of time. Built bus trans that's noisy but runs and shifts good. Oil fan comes on auto at certain temp. new wheels, tires and shocks. Front end needs rebuilt, it wobbles at certain speeds. I can see one bad balljoint on drivers side. Original paint. front bucket seats done up in wet suit material, I THINK ITS CALLED NEOPRENE, back seats need to be RESTORED. MISSING CONV TOP because it has rollbar. Rear seat is included but needs new upholstery. $7500 OR TRADE. I have another one for parts that's factory yellow missing top and heater that I will throw in for another $2500.
