This is a 1976 TR-7 coupe that has been completely gone through from head to toe and had everything restored to working condition. The heater, radio, mechanics, and all aspects of the car work great. The carburetors were tuned to perfection by a local Triumph shop and the engine runs like a top. I have been driving it daily for over 2 years and it has run perfect the entire time.I'm only selling because I got a new car so this one only gets driven about once a week now.Brand new carpet with carpet padding (last week),No rust at all but for one tiny spot on the back corner (see pictures).Needs new tires.Runs like new, and 25+ MPG.Great interior with perfect dash.Nice stereo.Inline 4 cylinder Triumph 1.9 liter engine5 speed Transmision upgrade (1981 Triumph 5 speed)The previous owner used a complete 1981 TR-7 as a donor when assembling this one. He put the 1981's 5 speed transmission in the car so it's great on the highway. That is a huge upgrade that makes driving a TR7 at 2025 speeds much more enjoyable. Honestly, I cruise this at just under 100MPH anytime I'm on the freeway and it loves it. Under 4000RPM at that speed and it doesn't red line till 6500. This car is fun. It's also perfectly balanced so it handles like a dream.They only made hard tops for the first 2 years of production. Hard top + 5 speed = RARE!West coast California car (now WA state).
