toyota land cruiser hj45

Vehicle Description
Vehicle Summary
This is a 1980 Toyota HJ45 Troopy (Troop Carrier), fully restored between 2021–2022 for rugged off-road use in Djibouti (Horn of Africa). Living expat since few years here now, am selling my personal hobby and weekend bush « toy ». The restoration prioritized durability and mechanical upgrades over cosmetic perfection. The vehicle has seen actual trail use and is not a garage queen.
THE VEHICLE IS IN AFRICA (I can’t modify the location of listing). Contact me for any questions or details.
FOB included, CIF NY +3500USD

Condition Summary
This vehicle is mechanically solid, extremely capable off-road, and ready to drive as-is in harsh environments. It is not fully finished to US show car or daily-driver standards. If you are looking for a 100% original HJ45 with perfect paint and zero wear — this is not it.
However, if you are after a real Land Cruiser built to work, with a legendary drivetrain, serious off-road potential, and a unique vintage platform ready for further refinement — this is a rare opportunity.
Rooftop tent on pictures not included.
