Immaculate 1990 Toyota XCAB SR5 Pickup

Vehicle Description

To be totally transparent, I am selling this for the owner as he does not have an Ebay account, nor does he understand how it works. He is the ORIGINAL owner and I've known him for as long as he's owned this truck. This is a 1990 Toyota XCAB SR5 pickup truck with only approx. 80,000 original miles on it! The owner occasionally used this truck for minor property maintenance until he retired. For it's entire life, the vehicle has always been garaged and well maintained. The truck has been lowered using custom front spindles up front & blocks in the rear, however, the owner still has the original front spindles if you wanted to raise it back up. It currently sits just over 4" off the ground at mid-point. By replacing the spindles and removing the rear blocks, the truck should sit at the factory height, however, It may also need new torsion bars up front to do that.The truck is garaged and located in Prescott, Az. and can be pre-viewed there if needed. Contact me if you wish to see it in person and/or test drive it. The truck runs perfectly and is very easy to drive with the power steering and 4-spd. O/D automatic trans. The wheels are made by Center Line and the fairly new tires are B.F. Goodrich T/A radials on all four corners. They also have locking lugs on them and there is a key. There is an original spare tire mounted under the bed. The "contractor toolbox" in the bed could use a paint job, but it is very functional and locking. Due to the fact this is a "west coast" truck and it has never been in snow, there is virtually NO rust. The bedliner has been in the bed since the truck was new when he bought it. As you can see, the rear window opens and locks shut.It currently has an AM/FM Cassette stereo in it which uses a motorized antenna, however, the owner mentioned that he thought, due to their age, the speakers may need to be replaced. I believe there is also an alarm system on it, however, I'm not sure if that is currently working correctly. The rear jump seats have never been used, but as you can see they flip up for more cargo storage area. The passenger seat needs a minor repair done to the rail system so that both sides unlock at the same time. It does slide front to back though. The 12V battery was recently replaced. The sun roof opens for ventilation and has a solid detachable panel on the inside if you wish to block out the light. As shown, the vehicle has power windows, locks, mirrors, and antenna, and also has a factory cruise control. It also has factory air conditioning which blows cold. The steering uses a tilt-wheel which also has the cruise control buttons on it.The truck has NEVER been in an accident, so all the body panels are factory, have NO bondo in them, and you are looking at the original paint! It has NEVER been used for the towing of anything. If you are an out of area buyer and need this delivered, I can do that at a reasonable price on my schedule. I travel to SoCal quite often and have an upcoming trip to NoCal planned. There is a reserve on this auction, however, considering what I've seen similar trucks in this condition sell for, I think it is quite reasonable.
