In 1974, the 3.9 liter straight-six pushed out 138 net hp @ 4,000 rpm with a progressive-opening two-barrel carburetor whose designed optimized driveability and saved fuel; electronic ignition, still fairly new, was used; and four wheel drive and a four-speed stick-shift were standard, along with a two-speed transfer case.
This FJ40 is in good shape and runs well. Many possibilities with this one!
