Johnny used to call her Mother Bear because she is so tough.
This is an Original 4X4 Automatic 1988 Land Cruiser. Very tough to find.
It runs and drives in excellent mechanical condition. It was owned by a Engineer Client of mine. He had a stroke and can not love this baby any longer.
You can drive it in its original condition and it looks great or it is a perfect restoration candidate. The underneath is immaculate and the frame is solid with no issues.
The vehicle does have some surface rust under the place where you put the gas in because of spillage. There is surface rust around some of the inside doors as you open them. There is rust where the upper front fenders attach to the upper part where the hood closes. There is some rust on the front of the hood. Interior climate fan not working. There is a spot of through rust behind the front driver wheel that can be cut out and repaired easily or leave it alone. I currently use it as my eye catching daily driver. It turns heads. Cool Ride.
The body is straight. Rear bumper has a small dent that can be repaired for a litttle.
Mechanically sound. Use it as your daily driver. Take it out on the freeway and open it up. No problem.
Interior is immaculate.
