1969 Toyota FJ40 Land Crusier.
When have you seen a FJ40 with Original Paint and never restored like most for sale today?My Uncle bought this FJ40 new in 1969 from a Colorado Springs, CO dealer.He had Power Steering added and Lap Seat Belts.
The FJ40 spent its whole life on my Uncles ranch in Colorado Springs. The high attitude climate help to keep it rust free (surface rust only). He passed on and I got the FJ40, I no longer use it. It has good tires, brakes, newer Roschester carb and distributor, but still have the original ones. He used it mainly for his hunting trips with only 98,000 miles. You can see scratches on the front fender, I remember this because we were off road and went against some barb wire fences.
The FJ40 still has the wax factory undercoating in the engine bay on inner fenders. Engine is like new with good compression and the 3 speed is floor mounted with a good clutch. It includes the factory tool and books.
