1988 Suzuki Samurai 2.2 Isuzu Diesel 5 Speed Project

This auction is for a 1988 Suzuki Samurai Factory Hard Top.I have owned this samurai since around 1998.I have been in the process of pipping a Isuzu 2.2 Diesel motor into the samurai.I had a man install the engine and transmission into the samurai,install a brand new clutch and pressure plate throw out beari,the engine came out of a 1 owner,my cousin bought the Isuzu diesel pick up brand new.The engine has never been torn into and has only 140,000 miles on iit.These motors usually don't have to be rebuilt at around 500,000 miles and I know of 1 that had over 1 million on it.Samurai has been sprung over with a 3 inch body lift,brand new shocks,brand new tires,brand new mini spool in rear,changed to auto hubs.All 3 drive shafts have been cut to the right length but will need balanced.I put a heavy duty winch limpet on the fronted,it has a factory installed tow bar that can be used to tow or can be taken off.It needs a rear number,factory bumpers are really thin made.Transfer case will need rebuilt and make mounts to relocate toward the back from were the original 5 speed and transfer case sifters were.I have the Isuzu diesel radiator modified at the radiator shop to fit the samurai and radiator was cleaned out while they had it.This samurai came with a rare factory sun roof,2 front seats are in fair shape and cloth seats.Interior will need new door panels and carpet,some are putting rhino liner in for the floor covering.Metal is good,so is floor boards.This samurai could be repainted,camoglauge with new tape which I did just the back door were new owner can get a idea how it would look.I also can show you how to camoglauge the samurai yourself with paint,this is up to the buyer.This vehicle is located in Fort Payne Alabama 35967 and will need picked up here with your trailer to haul home.This vehicle will be sold as is were is and paid for with cash money.I will be glad to answer any questions.You can call 256-465-1376 leave a message if I don't answer and I will call you back.I have a small fortune.
