1979 Subaru Brat GL with 1985 1.8 motor and rebuilt 4 speed dual range transmission. Project needs minor work to finish. Good running 1800 and D/R trans removed from 85 Brat and installed in this completely RUST FREE 79 Brat GL with new mounts and a 2" SJR lift kit. New front axles, new front brake pads and calipers, new front axle shafts, Needs shift linkage assembled and a new carburetor to finish. Front seats reupholstered in black with orange piping and stitching and new foam. Excellent original black carpet and door panels with a beige headliner. Has a front push bar with skid plate and roll bar thats not mounted or painted yet. Also includes a nice fiberglass shell with good glass and hatch. Extra rear sliding glass windows, Tons of extra parts for both the 79 and the 85, ie radiators, driveshafts and lots of trim. Out of space and time to finish. lots of $$ invested in this just needs finished to be a fun off road go anywhere toy!
