1940 Studebaker Commander needs completely restored.

All body panels are solid. Frame is solid.

Couple rust holes in the floorboard.

Car does not run but engine does turn over and has good compression.

Probably wouldn't take much to get it running.

Car is all original with title.

Car is missing the running boards and the radio is missingbut everything else is factory.
