Vehicle Description

Rare 1990 Saab 900 Turbo SPG black on black with blacked out windows, vent trims, super Aero wheels and upgraded all-white/red turn signals and original Clarion radio/equalizer!

I bought this car last October on eBay from another seller (see his description below) for $8,100. I shipped it up from Virginia to Massachusetts and put over $2,000 more into the car. I've driven (not much as it's a second fun car for me) the car for nearly a year, but we are moving back into the city and I have no place to park an extra car. Unfortunately, there is now a dent in the hood (see photo). The car is tons of fun to drive (short shifter is awesome), but keep in mind it's nearly 30 years old: while it always starts, it does take a few times cranking to get it going and the SRS light is on (probably an easy fix). Best way to contact me for questions is via email (somrex@yahoo.com) as I travel a lot, but happy to chat on the telephone for serious buyers.

FROM OCTOBER 2018 LISTING:

Excellent condition absolutely no rust ! New tires with the Super Aero wheels, new shocks, new fuel injectors, excellent headliner, original rubber trunk mat, rear window louvers, original radio is working, A/C works great !

I have added a few tasteful upgrades including tinted windows, red turn signals, clear side lenses, custom Saab floor mats, custom vinyl door inserts and trunk cover. The best upgrade I added was installing a European made short shifter, it makes shifting so much easier.

The car's dash has only four very small cracks about an inch long and had been re-dyed, overall it looks great. The steering wheel, front and rear seats have also been re-finished. The exterior paint is excellent and shiny. The only item on the car that could be addressed is the drivers front fender could use a re-spray. Fender was replaced two years ago to remove the only rust on the car and the paint could be better.

This car is has been a well maintained, garage kept vehicle. It is very fast and a real blast to drive. Extremely hard to find this model in this kind of condition. Recently gone through and serviced by Pete @ Saab-Tech.
