1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II 62,600 Miles

1979 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow II - from Estate. Elegant Black top with Silver sides color combination. I just purchased and drove it home yesterday, so still going through the car. Listing right now as "quick flip as-is condition." Will try to identify all known issues below.
What I know:
Mileage: 62,600 miles.
The car runs and drives well, motor starts up and sounds very good. Maybe a minor exhaust leak beneath car, but pipes and mufflers look pretty nice (clean metal) from a quick inspection. I replaced the battery yesterday. No apparent problems with transmission or driveline.
Exterior shows no dents, straight and clean. Paint does have a few minor issues, but I think just a good polish job will bring it back to a Good level, would need re-paint to be a show car. All chrome is tip-top.
Biggest issue is needs new shocks front and rear, am pricing these out, they are a bit spendy. I am planning to replace these, but am putting up for auction now for a possible quick sale as-is. Not sure if the ride height is working, still trying to check this all out, but brakes are perfect, and hydraulic fluid reservoir is full.
Interior leather is worn, but no tears or rips. Electric adjustment for the seats (both) is not working, assume a fuse is blown (will update soon). Front seat foam is a bit tired.
