1970 VOLKSWAGEN “Mini 18” Kit Car!! by Elite Enterprises, Inc.1970 VW Beetle WITH ONE OF THE RAREST KITS EVER MADE FOR A VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE!!!THIS IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF THIS KIT!!It is a “Mini 18” kit truck made in the early 80’s by ELITE ENTERPRISES, INC., in Minnesota!!Apparently, they only made a small number of these and this one is tagged as number 44!It has a 1600 dual port engine that runs good, drives and has good brakes!I was told that the engine was rebuilt a couple of years, ago!The VW has an EMPI shifter.The exhaust stacks are functional and sound great!!The tires are like new!All lights work as they should, including the cab lights!The tilt front end functions just fine!THIS “Mini 18” draws a lot of attention, anywhere you drive it!! LOTS OF FUN!!OVERALL, this VW Mini 18 is in GREAT condition and is VERY presentable!!!But, it isn’t perfect!It is an older restoration and there are some imperfections!All of the fiberglass parts are in EXCELLENT condition with no cracks, etc!The paint is older and does have some chips and cracking, but nothing major!THIS IS THE ONLY ONE WE HAVE FOUND IN THE COUNTRY THAT IS IN THIS CONDITION!!MOST WERE NEVER COMPLETED, OR HALF WAY DONE!!THIS IS A CHANCE TO OWN A PIECE OF “KIT CAR” HISTORY!!IT HAS A CLEAN, CLEAR INDIANA TITLE IN MY NAME.The title does show the mileage as EXEMPT.THIS 1970 Volkswagen “Mini 18” Kit Car is being SOLD, AS-IS, where IS, with NO WARRANTY!!THERE IS A $1,000. “NON-REFUNDABLE” deposit within 24 hours of end of auction!!PICKUP IS REQUIRED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE AUCTION ENDING AND ARRANGING PICKUP AND PAYMENT FOR THE SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER!!I HAVE PUT A RESERVE ON THIS AUCTION, BUT THE RESERVE AMOUNT IS HALF OF WHAT I ACTUALLY HAVE INVESTED IN THIS!!!Any questions, feel free to let me know!!THANKS, for looking!!
