1987 Blackstone Custom Town Coupe -super rare- hand built, V8, auto, air, pb, ps, 4 seater, tilt, real wire rims & only a few were ever build-from 1985 till today.
Very rare Blackstone Town Coupe-only 250 were supposed to be made available,from 1985 till today,but I don’t think that all 250 were ever built. The hand crafted body is from Coachsmiths, located at 25 Blackstone Circle, NLR, Arkansas. the cars were all built on 1975-1980 Chevy Monza donor cars,then the wheelbase was stretched to a long 137"-so they ride very nice. car is around 3900 pounds & is approx 17' long, 72" wide, 54" wide with around 6" ground clearance,finished in 1987 .Coachsmiths was a class winner at the 1985 Kit Car Nationals powered by a peppy Chevy V8 engine with automatic transmission,power brakes, steering & seats, ice cold air conditioning, heater, custom tilt wood steering wheel, classic styled gauges with cream dials, am/fm stereo with cassette,seat belts, 3 rear view mirrors, large trunk,real chrome wire wheels. This cars cost around $50,000 in 1985 and would be a lot more today. This car turns more heads than any car out there! You will never see another one on the road.
