1983 Porsche 944 V8 conversion (Turbo Tribute) VIN WPOAA0942DN465301 odometer appears is rolled over-in excess of its mechanical limits (odometer reads 45,410). I have owned it since 9/21/2016.It has a Ford 302 conversion from a 72 Ford Torino (engine number next to starter) with a high performance cam shaft, duel exhaust, Edelbrock high rise, MSD blaster coil with many parts with low miles: I.E. timing chain/gears. water pump, starter, fuel pump. alternator and belt, battery, battery cables and terminals, Holly 600 cfm carburetor (unknown how many miles on engine). Also low miles on: clutch slave and master cylinder and lines and fluid, brake calipers and fluid, engine and diff oil, red hot glass pack mufflers. It has 911 cup wheels a turbo front facia and rear ground effects. Approx 250-300 HP. V-8 connected to original 5 speed trans axle/torque tube.The 944 has a crack in the windshield on the drivers side that does not appear to be a view obstruction? Some of the paint is not an exact match. The drivers front seat has some minor splits along the seems, It could use dump out tips on the exhaust (included need to be installed) and the emergency brake appears to need to be adjusted. Most of the electrical appears to work. The door locks don't work with the ignition key-2 new door locks are provided which need to be installed. The 944 runs and drives good.
