Vehicle Description

1987 Porsche 928S4

Vehicle Details

35 year PCA member - selling off some of my collection. Fantastic low mileage original 928 S4 in beautiful condition in factory rare and stunning Grand Prix white on Lip Stick red interior. Lots of records and recent Mntc (less than 3k miles ago) - Timing belt (with 1500 mile adjustment less than 300 miles ago), crankshaft gear, oil pump gear, camshaft sprockets, timing belt tensioner and rollers, and drive belts. Work in 2018 (less than 5k miles ago) included replacing the intake manifold gasket, knock sensor, idle control valve, mass airflow sensor, and spark plugs as well as servicing the fuel system with a replacement fuel pressure regulator, pressure dampers, and injector clips. The thermostat was changed in 2019, as well as Water pump, Coolant expansion tank cap, Air filter, Drive belts, Various O-rings and hose clamps. New tires less than 500 miles ago. Break pads 80%. New wipers front and rear, new black floor and hatch mats, new OEM rear wing. Used front OEM spoiler comes with car including hardware - not installed. Sunroof works perfectly as do pop up lights, all lights, turn signals and fully adjustable seats. Previously owned by same family for 20 years with lots of records included. Body and interior are in excellent condition.

Needs: passenger window stopped working this week, struts should be replaced soon, faulty break sensor could be replaced as it sends false light once in a while with perfect rotors and newer pads (I just ignore it) . Front speakers work intermittently (rears fine) and air blows from rear vents only. Dash lights at night are not very bright. Driver door card has slight gap at top from window, not noticeable unless pointed out. It’s been a joy to drive and great GT touring car. These models are appreciating rapidly and this one is near perfect from 10 feet. Please reach out with questions. I can send more pics and video.
