1973 Porsche 914 2.0 Liter

Vehicle Description
Up for sale is a 1973 Porsche 914 2.0 liter in good running order. This little Porsche starts easy and runs nice, with no smoke, good power and with resent shop upgrades. Engine and transmission were pulled and complete new clutch assembly kit with new Presher plat, drive plate, TO bearing and pilot bearing have all been replaced, and Clutch plate machined. Also, replaced were all the rubber fittings (hoses and gaskets) While the engine was out the steel fuel lines were replaced and a new electric fuel pump installed and one new fuel injector. Also just added are all new vacuum hoses, a smoke test for vacuum leaks was performed, after the engine and transmission were reinstalled. It has new fuel filters and a new thronal possessing switch installed. (runs nice) Also the transmission has been rebuilt and only has about 30 miles put on it. The exhaust is an upgraded stainless-steel system. The speedo is showing 49294 miles, but we are not sure if they are the originals. The body has had an older repaint in the original red color, but it is showing its age with a door ding or two and a couple of light rust spots just behind the top of the doors. (pictured) Some older repairs are. Battery tray in the hell hole rust repaired and replaced, fire wall rust repaired, and the rear trunk aria is showing some repair work also. (please look at all pictures closely) Windows roll up and down nicely and I only saw one small nick in the windshield. All lights work as they should, but one backup light needs a new bulb. The interior is original showing its age with one bad spot on the driver's side seat back. The temp gage in the center consol is not working and needs looked at, as dose the E-brake and horn. The car has been sitting for a while and the brakes should be looked at, they work ok but not perfect. It is running its original wheels, and the spare wheel is also an original. Two new Nanking 165/80 15" Tires were added. The original Ownes manual, jack and tow pin do come with the car and also other paperwork. I'm listing this little Porsche for my Dr. friend, that bought the car in 2007 as a project car for him and his son, but the project never took place. I will take all your questions to my friend.
