For sale or Trade for older 60s or 70s era muscle car.Selling my rare 1978 Porsche 924. There's not another one like this for sale on ebay guaranteed. In running condition, does not overheat. 4 speed manual, not the fastest but i have taken it over 100mph without issue. Only rust spots are under headlight on that middle grill cover (which can be found and replaced) other than that Rust Free! Over $1,500 in OEM parts installed alone, and yes i have all receipts! New OEM Sachs clutch, pilot bearing, throwout bearing, rear main seal, new timing belt, water pump, alternator, plugs, wires, ignition coil, fuel pump, fuel filter new brakes as well and many other parts are new. Does need driver seat restitched at the sides but i just haven't had the time to do it. Carpet does need to be shampooed to bring back its natural look and smell. Need passenger side window motor as it does not work. Odometer stopped working couple of months ago due to the speedometer cable (very common issue in these early 924s), A/C does not work (never dug into finding what was wrong). Included in the purchase are these parts, thermotime switch (used to help start car when hot), oil pressure switch, heater valve, fan switch, extra fuses (not your everyday fuses that you find at stores), haynes manual, original spare tire, original blaupunkt radio with all knobs (just needs to be installed). Radio alone is worth $1,000. If needed i can have someone install radio. I can send more pictures upon request.
