Vehicle Description

I offer for sale my 1967 911S that I have owned since 1979. It was built on 7Nov1966 and is chassis number 306602S. I have worked on this car to make it the best possible representation of a period-correct, "Performance Oriented" SWB 911S and this has been an on-going process since I acquired it. I performed all work myself except for the engine assembly which I entrusted to Ed Mayo. When I acquired the car I was searching for a rust-free chassis after having a rusty 1967 911 Normal and another rusty 1968 911S. The only rust issue on the car at the time I acquired it was in the rear corners of the rear window where the defroster tubes collected water and rusted holes through. I spliced in OEM corners and once that was complete the chassis was solid. The car has enjoyed a long ownership with it being kept in a heated garage and driven exclusively in fair weather conditions. 100% of everything has been disassembled, stripped, straightened, refurbished, replaced or modified down to the smallest cup washer in the emergency brake assembly.

I built it to maintain an OEM appearance to the casual observer while delivering stellar road performance.

It drives with very nice street manners and smooth acceleration; however, it will blow your hair back!

My car is "1QuickS" and rewards the better than average driver with its visceral, urgent and immediate driving characteristics.
