Vehicle Description

All original equipment was Special ordered with rare, nearly flawless, Valencia (Brougham) interior and practically every option— 2 pages window sticker. Power seats, both sides, reclining passenger side, power windows,locks,tilt, working antenna, leather/wood steering wheel, delay wiper, interior lighting package, dome reading light, am fm cassette,cruise,gauges,Posi-trac rear end, electric rear window defrost grid, top luggage rack, 5 factory equipped rally ll wheels; HD cooling,radiator,wiring,battery,and more. Rear cargo glass area has been professionally tinted with light tint with highest UV protection level preserving carpet (looks stock). Oversize front sway bar,rear Air Lift air bags. 1 year old battery,shocks,new oversize Goodrich Radial T/As (less than 1000k miles), just installed Holly sealed LED headlights and rear bulbs for great visibility. Has been extremely reliable and a joy to own and drive. We bring it to local car shows regularly receiving much interest and attention. It get compliments and thumbs up every where we drive it and sharing stories from people relating their past experience travels with family. We have enjoyed this car and it is simply time to pass it on.

Vehicle Details

Owned and driven regularly for past 10 years . Brought from California . Has extremely smooth runnin, well maintained (California only)olds 403 always using AMSOIL. Doesn’t use a drop of oil! No engine noise or ticking, always starts regardless of outside temperature. Trans fluid and rear end lube changed using synthetic fluids. Warm engine starts with a touch of they key (quicker than modern fuel injected cars !). Newer complete (flowmaster) exhaust w/converter and stainless steel tip, sounds very nice w/muffled rumble. Cargo area is immaculate has no 3rd seat from factory. Has storage area under floor panel with perfect liner. Last year, Woodgrain was reapplied due to sun fading. Chrome in decent shape.

Car is not with out faults. RR passenger door window motor inoperative,cruise control works,but is erratic (typical from GM of that era),weatherstrip on drivers door has slight leak which has caused a rusted drivers side footwell area needing repair and has deteriorated the floor carpet as you can see in photo. Lighted Visor vanity mirror cover door has broken hinge. There are areas showing slight rust spots: above the doors on right side, bottom corner of doors & corner of bumper near exhaust,which I have photographed for you; and typical undercarriage minor surface rust from 10 years of use. Very slight power steering fluid leak from steering box seal. Front bumper rub strip has split in center. Left bumper guard cushion missing. Clock and trip set and radio do not work.

Car drives very nice and straight. These Safari wagons are rare and getting harder to find. Here is a chance to own a very nice original.
