Purchased this vehicle many years ago. I have owned about 5 silver streaks from 46-48. This one I purchased in this condition and will not get around o finishing this. I hate to sell it but to many projects and too little time. The person who did this work and had work done worked on it for 15 years. It started in the late 80s. There is well over 35K tied up into this car. This car was stripped down to bare metal and all the prep work and body was finished with many NOS parts on this car. New grill, new door handles, door striker plates, new glass with window felt installed. Head light trim rings, Rear fender rock guards the list goes on. Paper work on when the engine was rebuilt ( Never started) NOS Carb, Air Cleaner, Coil. New wiring harness but the orig is usable. This is a Delux silver streak with the in line 8 with seat heaters and rear window wiper. The center hook piece has been re chromed by Chritensen in Vernon California. It comes with New repro center hub caps The current wheels and tires are rollers from another car that does not go with it they are 15 inch rims. I have originals that go with it to include trim rings. The car is complete from what I can see there might be a piece of rocker trim missing. There are many extra parts that go with this car like garnish molding, grill pieces and emblems that would net you a few plus grand if you were to sell. Extra truck silver streak. There is an original Hood ornament that it really nice with the good red plastic piece plus another one that is driver quality. This is a base coat clear coat paint that needs to be cut and buffed. These are the original colors of the car. The fender spears on the car are also NOS along with the emblems on the hood (Silver 8 Streak) Selling at a huge loss, not trades cash in hand. I have a clear title in my name. Car is located in Lakewood Wa. 98499
