1967 Pontiac GTO, #'s Matching, w/ AC, "Z" Code from California, Unmolested

Vehicle Description
All-original, numbers-matching 1967 Pontiac GTO with air conditioning. V-8 400 motor. Automatic transmission. Highly desired “Z” code car, built at Freemont, Calif. plant. Production number 5,498 of 65,176 hardtops produced, built the fourth week of October 1967. Color is Montego Cream with factory-applied California "top coat." Unmolested, motor never rebuilt. Adult driven. Car spent most of its life in California, and later, Washington State before being purchased by GTO collector (close friend) in late 90s. He sold it to me when he finally found his '67 GTO convertible.Undercarriage is dry and immaculate. Many original underneath trim pieces remain intact. No dents or dings on body. The only bit of surface rust contained in the car is in the trunk--likely from moisture beneath the trunk liner.Upgrades include professionally installed front disc brakes and new rear end gear. Other improvements include FM radio, and model-appropriate Pontiac vacuum gauge and wooden steering wheel. (I’ll include the original Pontiac AM radio and black steering wheel in sale.) Recent repairs include new water pump, thermostat, alternator, spark plugs, fuel pump and coolant flush. The Quadrajet carburetor was professionally rebuilt last summer, as was the fuel tank sending unit about a decade ago.VIN: 252177Z105499. Always garaged. 131k miles. Runs & drives.
