1967 Plymouth Satellite 2dr Coupe Hardtop 383ci

Vehicle Description
This 1967 Plymouth Satellite two-door hardtop has spent all its time in Florida and was acquired by me in 2012. I can prove that I am the third owner of this vehicle. The original numbers matching 383ci V8 and 727 Torqueflite three-speed automatic transmission was overhauled in 2018 and showing serial numbers in pictures. The additional work performed involved installing Holley Dominator high rise intake manifold, four-barrel carburetor, plugs, coil, wires, fuel pump and electronic ignition. In addition to repainting the car 2013 / 2014 and replacing the Mopar western scroll blue vinyl upholstery, door panels, and carpet. Also replaced the fuel tank, radiator, starter, and alternator. It has 14″ chrome Magnum 500-style wheels, power-assisted drum brakes, and power steering. This Satellite is offered with broadcast sheet, service records and receipts, All original spare parts removed from vehicle like radiator, original intake / carb, starter, etc...., It has a clean Florida titleThe antenna is missing, and the lower hood trim strip, rear armrests, windshield wipers are not installed. There are a few paint chips, scratches, and chrome pitting on front bumper. All window trim/ chrome and body trim on car is in good shape. The brakes require service. The brake pedal must be pulled up with foot approx. 1 inch to turn off the rear brake light switch (maybe install spring) and alignment pulls a little when braking.Interior includes seatbelts, center console, front vent windows, vacuum gauge and stock AM radio. Original headliner is still good shape and needs cleaning. A new period correct style replacement A/C compressor for the air conditioning system is fitted with new belts though other components for the heating and air conditioning have been removed and need to be installed. There are no speakers in the package tray the back. The three-spoke steering wheel shows wear. The five-digit odometer shows 2798 miles.I assume odometer must of rolled over. The original numbers matching 383ci V8 rebuilt 2018 by well known machine shop and 727 three-speed TorqueFlite transmission was overhauled in 2018 by the best transmission shop and guru's in our area. At that time I equipped the car with a Holley Dominator high rise intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, and electronic ignition. Additional replaced components include an aluminum radiator, new battery, starter, alternator, fuel tank, fuel pump, front and rear windshield gaskets . Various removed parts are included in the sale like matching/wheel spare tire. I also have a spare front bumper that is in better shape. I will give this also to the new owner. The fan shroud is missing.. The vehicle is needs just a little more love and she will be finished like A/C and Heat, and some the gauges aren't working and some trim pieces installed. I am downsizing my life. The vehicle occasionally gets driven by me. I want to see it go to a good home. I did the best I could to breath new life into her over these last 14yrs. The vehicle has approx 500 miles on it since engine / trans.rebuilds were performed in 2018. It has truly been a pleasure owning a unique Mopar muscle car like this. People love seeing these old Mopar cars. It's just time for me to work on other things in my life. All the major projects have been tackled already. This car runs and sounds great. Someone is going to be very happy with what they get for the price. These cars have become rare. This was the working man's daily race car and you know and see that there aren't to many left driving around out there.I very rarely see a 1966-1967 Satellites, at any of the big car shows on West Coast of Florida. I live in an area of Florida that has perfect weather all year round for classic car shows. Please, feel confident bidding on this vehicle.
