RARE 1968 Plymouth Barracuda Formula "S" Fastback. Highly Optioned with power steering, Power brakes and super rare FACTORY A/C.340 4bbl, 727 Automatic, Sure-Grip rear end with 3.23 gears.All NEW brakes, wheel cyls, power brake booster, Master cyl., brake lines, New water pump and timing chain, NEW fuel Tank and NEW sender, New Radiator ( I have the original one), New belts, New radiator and New radiator hoses, New Power steering hoses. Original AVS Carb rebuilt, New spark plugs, spark plug wires, new points and condenser, new fuel filters, Recent fresh oil and filter change. NEW A/C condenser (I have the original).. Etc. Etc.,This was SPECIAL ORDERED NEW, and with the options the original owner wanted I believe this could be a 1 of 1 car.This is a TRUE ORIGINAL Formula "S" car not some phony clone. Spent it's entire life in Missouri until I purchased it.Has one repaint back in the mid 2000's.I have decoded the Data plate (see photos) and i have the original Build sheet.Front end is tight, Runs and Driver Very well. (This was my daily driver the last 2 summers)....Tires are goodNo rust in floorboards or frame, no rust in trunk, body is very clean with only a couple of door dings on the passenger door.It has ALL NEW Legendary upholstery, New seat foam, NEW headliner, NEW carpetOriginal automatic rebuilt less than 4000 miles ago.This is as original as you are ever going to find. Still has the original radiator (which i will include) original Carter AVS carb (Still has the original tag on it) Original distributer etc.etc. a real time capsule survivor. Never Butchered or abused. Even has the original hubcaps.All the gauges work, Speedo works, Odometer works, Wipers work, all heater controls work, all lights work.A super reliable car that you can drive while you restore.Bucket seats with console.The Body stampings all match the Vin/Data PlateEngine and Trans numbers all match as well (see photos)These Formula "S" cars are getting hard to find and VERY hard to find with all matching numbers and this highly optioned.Payment due within 3 days by either Bank Deposit or Certified Bank Cashier's check or CASH.
