Driver or for restoration. 1952 Packard Mayfair for sale. This is a very rare car with very few made and very few left. It is a 2 door hardtop and is 99.9% complete. It has a 327 c.i. Straight 8 with an automatic transmission. Runs and lot drives. Has been in storage for an estimated 10-15 years. was likely restored about 20 years ago. Mechanically has been partially gone through to get it drivable, including carb rebuild, new battery and cables, and temp sending unit. Just spent over 1,600 dollars going through the complete braking system as well as replacing a drive shaft boot and axle seals. Runs very well and does not smoke, but needs driven due to sitting for so long. This is a project car that needs some work, but is a good starting point and certainly not something dragged straight out of a junkyard. All floorboards and trunk are solid. Everything on the car is in driver quality condition but the car is in pretty good condition considering it is 64 years old. Do not expect a show car or something you can just hop in and take to a car show it needs some work, but it can becomea show car again with some tlc. Would love to restore car unfortunately I can not so must go. Buyer pays for shipping, no warranty, vehicle is sold as is.
