Beautifully restored 1929 Packard 633 Seven Passenger Sedan. This Packard had a frame off restoration costing $90,000.00 and above in 2001. Originally sold, at C. H. Goss who was an early Packard distributor, dating from 1908. He controlled about a half a dozen dealers in Vermont. I am the 4th owner, of this Packard. It was restored in Vermont, and it shows well. Engine has had a complete rebuild, as has the transmission, with new clutch and rebuilt pressure plate and rear differential. Mechanical brakes, have been done also. The fuel tank, and sending unit have been restored, and sealed. All the chrome, has been tripled plated. Wire wheels, are stainless steel, and there is no vibration at 40 miles an hour. Tires are 700x 20 and have been on the Packard, since the restoration. The interior is beautiful gray, mohair and was done at a cost, in 2001 $24,000. Speedometer, oil pressure gauge, and alternator was replaced, I assume, that the generator was unavailable. i am selling this Packard, for I have driven it very little so I may be moving, and I won't have the room to store it.
