1938 packard Eight . Condition is Used. This car would make a great custom or rat packard has need for floor and bottom of door description. This car has the rare dual side mounted spares. Headlight rings are wrong for the car. The front seat frame is missing but I do have the front and jump seat lower springs. I have the proper floor shift 3 speed and 80 percent of the top parts.
