This Packard 400 is in need of full restoration. The car is complete and does run and yard drives.It will need brake work, it is basically a solid restoration car.The right front fender lower is rusted as well as the front leading edge of the right rocker panel.The floor pans and trunk pan as well as the spare tire well are solid.The interior is complete but needs full restoration.The front bumper is damaged on the bottom edge as many are from less than careful tow operators in the past.The rear bumper and ends are solid and not mangled up in any way.Some of the exterior stainless is nicked up but some extra pieces go with the car.
