This striking 1977 TR7 wears a custom tribute livery modeled after the factory rally cars and shows a believed 49,489 original miles. Under the hood, the engine, dual carburetors, and air-conditioning system have all been rebuilt. The five-speed transmission shifts crisply with no grinding or gear pop-out, and the car starts easily, runs strong, and is well-tuned.
Highlights include Minilite wheels on all four corners (and the spare), Hella rally lights, a spin-on oil filter, and adjustable SPAX struts and shocks. The interior and dash remain in excellent condition with no rips, cracks, or tears, while recent seat covers and door panels add a fresh look.
The body is exceptionally straight with proper panel and door gaps, complemented by clean glass all around and no chips or cracks. Air conditioning features a new compressor and blows cold, and the tires have plenty of tread. The undercarriage is rust-free with no evidence of accident damage. Sale includes a Haynes manual and assorted spare parts.
