1970 Pontiac Firebird Esprit- T/A Tribute

Vehicle Description
1970 Firebird Esprit -T/A tribute. Older amateur restoration, currently in need of floor/trunk pans. Typical rust issues for a 55 year old East Coast Car. Two new partial floor pans included. Runs, drives, stops, headlights, tail lights and signals function. Speedometer is spot on- the remaining gauges don’t function correctly. It’s currently registered/insured here in central Virginia. This car is not a daily driver but won’t take much to get it there. Brakes need a complete overhaul.I put a brand new clutch in recently. Factory 4 speed shifts well in 1st, 2nd and 3rd but “grabs” in fourth. Synchro issue I guess. Can’t verify if the engine is original but it is a period correct 350. Starts right up and runs strong. Exhaust system is fairly new and sounds killer!!! Glass packs snap crackle and pop on the down stroke-despite its current shape-this car is a Beast! Guaranteed to give permasmile as soon as as the light turns Green. No doubt It’s a 20 footer looker and most definitely a project car. This Firebird is iconic, has good bones and begs to be driven hard! I truly love this car and will regret losing it but have just changed directions in life. 🤘🏼
