Number 63! We have owned it for just over twenty years bought it in 03. Comes with huge packet of paperwork dating back to the mid 1990s. Always been registered and insured. Hasn't ran in 15 years and has been sitting on the driveway under a tarp since. Lots of new parts added over the years and lots of extra parts as a bonus. I snagged the front bumper while moving a trailer and it has been welded back but it is missing a small piece and has tape covering the hole. It's currently not turning over by key, possibly a bad starter relay. Has police scanner, marine band radio, CB & cd player but no guarantee they work. A majority of the steering and suspension has been replaced, and almost all of the brake system has been replaced but not finished. Tires have 10 miles on them but are 15 years old and have dry rotted. Has 2 windows with cracks. Stainless exhaust including long tube headers. Might have 20k or 120k miles, the odometer still worked but the speedometer spun around like a propeller last time I drove it. Previous owner was a diver hence the nautical stickers. Overall, a very solid and clean Kubvan. A few minor items to address and someone could bring home a trophy from any VW car show, have the rarest car in town or a sure enough attention grabber for any business.
