Stunning 1969 Camaro RS/SS X11 350ci, 4-Speed

Vehicle Description
Stunning 1969 Camaro RS/SS X11 350ci, 4-Speed Manual
I bought this car in 1982. I drove it for 3 years and then parked it for a long, long time before having it entirely redone. It’s time for someone else to enjoy it as my wife and I have other retirement plans and I just don’t drive it much.
Between the beautiful PPG Cortez Silver paint, chrome and black accents and the sound of the motor, this car turns every head and is ready for the next show or just a long cruise. Solid running, dependable car that’s a blast to drive.
I have hundreds of pictures taken during the restoration and all receipts. I have the title, original protect-o-plate and a photo from the original owner from when it was new. I am the 5th owner and know the history of this car dating back to its original purchase off the showroom floor at Rydell Chevrolet in Grand Forks, ND. I have met the original owner and recently spoke to the person I purchased the car from in 1982 who gave me a few more pictures from when he had the car. Between the VIN, discussions with the original owner and photos, this car looks just as it did in 1969 except for the spoilers and the center caps.
Front discs, power brakes, manual 4-speed Hurst, all original gauges except the clock was replaced. The original AM radio has had the internals updated to be AM/FM but still looks like the original AM radio. The hide-away headlights are now powered by Detroit Speed electric motors.
Everything was rebuilt on this car. The engine was completely rebuilt and dyno’d at 360hp. Rear-end and transmission have been gone through. The owner of the shop said he’d make it better than new and I believe he did. It’s beautiful and runs great.
The rotisserie restoration was professionally completed over 13 months by what I believe is one of the top two shops in the Upper Midwest. The goal was to restore it back to (mostly) original. Although not a number’s matching engine, it does have a period-correct 350, cam’d, Holly 650 carb, headers, Flowmaster mufflers, custom stainless exhaust and a few other “tweaks” but mostly 1969 tech.
Since the restoration, I’ve put on about 4,500 miles. It’s been kept in a heated/cooled garage since then. The body work is extremely well done and this shop builds race cars so the engine is strong and was built right. The unique combination of original options makes this car stand out. It will not disappoint.
This car is located in Northwestern WI. Please message me with any questions. I'm not a motorhead. This is the only muscle car I have ever owned/restored but I'll do my best to answer questions.I will provide more details and photos to serious buyer who message me directly. Note: This car is also being listed for sale, locally, and outside of eBay. No trades.
