Vehicle Description

VERY NICE 1987 CHEVY R10 SILVERADO SHORT BED PICKUP WITH 5.3 LS V8 SWAP 4L60 TRANNY, DIGITAL DASH, LOWERED, 20" WHEELS, RUST-FREE SOUTHERN GEORGIA TRUCK THAT IS TURN-KEY AND READY TO GO ANYWHERE!Please LEAVE A PHONE NUMBER when bidding or messaging, so I can call you and discuss the vehicle.Auction MAY BE STOPPED AT ANY TIME for the right offer.Full YOUTUBE walkaround, startup and driving video here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWa_tt364mUVehicle has been collector owned down in GA for most of its life until the last year where it was shipped to NY and kept garaged year round. Previous owner took a lot of time to build a nice truck that not only looked nice, but was very reliable. The LS v8 swap was done professionally by a reputable local shop and all work completed well. Truck has been tuned and is READY TO GO ANYWHERE!Since I've had it, I've lowered it, added the 20" American Racing Torque Thrust wheels (NOT included, available for $1000 extra if wanted otherwise truck will come with other wheels), all NEW trim and wheel moldings, ALL NEW interior and a few other minor odds and ends.Body is VERY CLEAN with NO RUST. Cab corners and windshield frame are SOLID. Hardly any filler or putty, even bottom of the doors look solid. Overall VERY NICE. Paint shows well but is older and does have some small imperfections, minor touch-ups and small flaws. With a professional wax and polish it would look stunning.Under the hood lies a 5.3L LS based V8 from a 2002-03 Tahoe, with matching automatic tranny. Motor/tranny supposedly had about 80k miles according to the shop that did the install (I cannot verify this but motor sounds good and looks to have been well serviced). Both perform very well and have years of service left. Built to be FUN and RELIABLE!Interior was FULLY REDONE including NEW carpet, NEW door panels and armrests, NEW 2-tone seat cover, NEW dash pad, NEW floormats, NEW headliner and NEW digital gauges.Underside is VERY SOLID with NO holes, NO rot, just a hint of surface rust as shown in pics. UPGRADED dual Flowmaster style exhaust that sounds nice and throaty. NO bubbles on the body.Truck is NOT perfect of course: a/c truck but missing compressor and lines, digital gauges not connected (they're hooked up but don't read accurately yet), lowered so it rides like a lowered car and not a stock pickup. That's about all I can think of right now but there may be other minor issues.OVERALL A BEAUTIFUL TURN-KEY TRUCK WITH A LOT OF MONEY ALREADY INVESTED, WAITING FOR A NEW OWNER TO GET IN AND DRIVE!!!
