This listing is for a 1970 Nova Family 4-Door Sedanwith 502/502 Chevy Crate Motor (see pics). This 502/502 Nova Project was stopped mid-progress in 2010 because of owner heart attack and additional major health issues.

This is an extra clean, family owned and garage-kept Virginia car. Verifiable 31K original miles.

OEM 'radio-delete' dash. All receipts and owner DMV registration history available. Verifiable annual DMV Inspection mileage since owned. This 'rolling-project' has been on blocks/jack stands in a garage since 2010.

The video in this listing was filmed in 2010 by the owner before his heart attack. The car was then placed into storage until now.

This 502/502 Nova Project Improvements include:

1. Custom Multi Stage Paint - Body stripped to metal +Lots of new YearOne Body trim, hardware and rubbers. Undercarriage sandblasted/painted finished with epoxy paint.

2. New GM 502/502 Crate Motor. The motor has been started and run for the recommended break-in period. Break-in oil changed. Engine cranked over regularly since install/storage in order to avoid any potential long-term damage. MSD Ignition, Electric fuel pump and much more.

3. Complete 69-70 Nova SS big-block, custom installed 'factory-spec' suspension system from Eaton Detroit Spring.(lowered 2.0 inches all-around). Gas shocks, Custom made Frame/Body Connectors, Eibach large swaybars Front/Back.

4. B&M 400 Transmission with GearVendor Overdrive. 3500 stall convertor. 3:73 10-bolt posi. Custom balanced driveshaft.

5. Vintage Air Conditioning and OEM classic seat cover.

6. ARP Stainless engine hardware andStainless brake lines. Slotted disk brakes front, Powder-Coated Front Calipers, Master HD OS Drums/shoes rear.

7. Chrome Edelbrock RPM intake, water pump and timing cover. New HiAmp alternator, Powder coated new custom die-cast valve covers, hood springs, and many additional Coated items. Jegs Deep oil pan and B&M deep trans pan. Stainless nuts/bolts and chrome/stainless fuel lines. Russell connectors and misc braided stainless hoses/fittings thru-out.

8. Hooker Headers, FlowMaster exhaust system.

This 502/502 1970 Nova needs very little 'final' assembly/repair in order to finish the project.

The Following Work Is Needed Toward Completion:

1. Starter needs shims/calibration

2. Exhaust/headers need repair/reconnect. Header Baffle inserts need repair/replacement

3. Reseal Edelbrock H2-0 intake water gasket (see pics)

4. Vintage Air needs charge/connection

5. Transmission deep pan gasket leak, trans/pan studs need replacement/repair

6. Recent minor Paint Chip/Scratch on passenger side rear fender well 'lip'. Garage back-up snafu_(see pics/video)

6. Fuel gauge recently not working....fuse or tank relay? Flush fuel tank from old gas?
