[isdntekvideo] (817) 403-7723 This is an all original truck, a "survivor," and not a restored vehicle. It is a 9 out of 10 in every category by which one would measure condition of a vehicle. I just drove it 1,100 miles six weeks back and it ran, stopped, and steered like a new truck. Every single accessory, etc., works as it was designed. The AC blows icy cold, the fan works on all speeds. The heat blows hot. The power windows go up and down at the same speed and smoothly. All of the lights work, dash lights, dome light, under dash lights, both under hood lights as wells as blinkers, brakes, back up, headlights, etc. If you care to see anything function or want other photos just text or call me.The paint on this truck is original and in phenomenal condition. There isn't a single ding anywhere on the body, no rock and no door dings, and that includes within the bed. The tires were put on in 2023 and are date coded for that time. The chrome on the bumpers is perfect. The interior looks like it is new, minus some pedal wear, but it doesn't even have wear on the seat bolster. The dash is without any cracks and looks like new. The carpet has no stains or tears and neither do the seats. The jack storage behind the seat shows a jack that has never been used and the original instructions are still there. The spare underneath has like new tread but is probably old.Look at how clean the engine bay is. Definitely watch the walk around video because I point out that even the original decals look close to perfect and I direct the camera all over. Those have been preserved because the owner who had it from 1993 until 2018 obviously babied the vehicle and never washed the engine bay with a hose or high pressure sprayer. It shows. Look at the heat shields around the spark plugs. They are still shiny with no corrosion. It is the cleanest 30 plus year old engine bay that I ever remember seeing. I spent all of 30 minutes or so wiping off dust before taking photos. I should mention that all photos are current and taken by myself.I should address the "6 owners" error. I have the CarFax and it records four owners in 1993. That is impossible and clearly an error. In actuality there have been three titled owners and CarFax records when they purchased it, mileage at first service, and so on.I understand that most people want the 5.7 (350). They want to put the dual exhaust on it and have that throaty rumble when they drive to garner attention. I have owned perhaps 15 Chevrolet trucks from this era and I could really care less about the exhaust note. Look up the reviews of the V6 4.3 engine. It uses all of the inner components (pistons, rods, valves) of the 350, gets close to the same horsepower stock and gets around 6 miles more per gallon. With cruise on and doing 80 to 85 on the way home I still got 17.7 mpg. and I am quite confident that I would get 20 if I drove it at the speed limit. The real value of these older Chevy trucks is their simplicity. They have a very simple form of fuel injection (throttle body injection), and I have never had one fail on me. In addition, there is so much room under the hood that you can do almost everything repair wise with YouTube University direction. They are the EASIEST vehicles on the planet to work on and dirt cheap to buy parts for. Show me a new truck where you can buy an alternator for $60.00 or an AC compressor for $100.00? A tune up means new plugs, plug wires, new distributor and rotor. I might cost $150.00 and you can do it yourself in an hour.Try that with a new truck. Not happening. Furthermore, you will have a truck that appreciates in value rather than depreciates. What would you pay for a 2024 Silverado with 53,000 miles? Probably more than double what I am asking here. They make new vehicles disposable. The era of classic cars is gone. These plasticized modern made in china vehicles will NOT stand the test of time. Why buy one?I have 19 years of 100% positive feedback on this site. I will answer any question honestly or take any photo that you ask for. I know an auto shipping broker that is the least expensive that I am aware of. I have zero business ties with her but when I have sold a car or motor bike that someone wanted shipped she handled business professionally. I will not accept payment through Ebay because they want two plus percent for being involved. Payment must either be face to face cash, Zelle, or a bank wire transfer. If you care to drive the truck home you can have every confidence that it will be up to the task. Watch the test drive video as we demonstrate engaging four wheel drive. As I have said already, it runs, steers, stops, etc., like a new vehicle. Trucks in this condition are getting very difficult to find and they're asking a lot more for them than I am for this one. Again, my number is: (817) 403-7723.
