Vehicle Description

Japanese made, 1991 Toyota Pickup with 4-Wheel drive and a 5-Speed manual transmission powered by a fun little 4 cylinder 22RE motor (The one famous for being unstoppable). Runs great with no engine codes and passes SMOG with current tags. This is a really awesome little truck for everything from off-roading to dirty work, or even just as a reliable daily driver. The 22RE engine is Electronic Fuel Injected (EFI) with roughly 167,000 miles on it. The 4WD system is part-time with 4-low, 4-high, and 2-high gears. The lock-out front hubs and independent front suspension make this truck at home both on and off the pavement. There are a pair of custom built steel toolboxes running the length of the bed that provide accessible and secure storage. They can be very easily removed to give access to the full 6ft bed. LED floodlights on the front provide plenty of light to go off road in the dark. The transmission was replaced with a newly built W56 transmission from Marlin Crawler, along with a brand new Aisin clutch and flywheel, roughly 2500 miles ago. The alternator and a few other odds and ends like engine seals and vacuum hoses have also been replaced in that time. The bench seat has been swapped for two single seats and a custom center console. There is the usual dents and scratches/ chips in the paint typical of an older truck, as well as a cracked dash and broken vents. Unfortunately, the tires are on their last legs and the is a small oil leak on the front of the motor. The radio is not installed but it is included, along with a few other spare parts.
